Henry Criminal Court Records

Henry County, Georgia Warrant Search

Warrants are public information under the Georgia Open Records Law. Therefore, anyone may submit requests to view or copy them at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. A warrant search may be conducted by phone at (770) 288-7100 and in person during business hours. The record staff will ask the requester to provide a name to facilitate the search. Once a name is provided, a search will be conducted, and the staff will inform the requester whether an active warrant is issued under that name.
